We have spoken on skype about a couple of issues with the script but I believe those issues have somehow resolved themselves as I have had a 5 hour run since.

However I am still having a problem with the login solver not working. I thought it was a bot issue but its only when this script has been run or running any other script after stopping your script it occurs. 

I have looked through all the troubleshooting and can confirm it is not applicable to this situation so require further help.

3. Hotkey configurations

If you experience that the script doesn't eat, switch gear, or perform other needed interactions with tabs; the problem is likely one or more missing hotkeys. Go to your hotkey settings ingame and ensure that hotkeys are set for all the main tabs (Inventory, Equipment, Magic, Prayers, Quest etc.) or simply reset them to the default settings.

Where can you tell when your monthly purchase of this script is going to run out because I did not set it to reoccurring each month. I know its in a few days but I am not exactly sure when. Can anyone direct me to see when I purchased this?

I can't tell unfortunately; but you can see it under Subscriptions in your paypal control panel

Whenever i set for my chara to hold 8 prayer pots after the first run (I withdrawl the freight) the bot only takes out 2 ppots.  Any ideas?

Thats doses, takes 2 Prayer pots(4), simply write 32.

Getting lots of deaths recently - pretty much every run within an hour it dies. Always happens at the chest after looting, it'll just stand there and die. Not sure what else to say to help, i've used the same settings for long hour runs before so i doubt it's the settings. Mirror mode.

There's currently a bug with break handler overriding; that could be the cause. It occurs if the script is started while logged out of the game, and can make the script unresponsive when a break begins.
I would advice to restart the client, and ensure being logged in when you initially start the script. I have reported the bug to the devs, but I don't know when it will be patched.
