Feedback removal

Why it should be removed: in a majority of cases from my understanding a negative feedback is for scamming, which I can happily say nothing was scammed, I have spoke to Fury and I assume he was fine with me proposing a neutral which would be explained below

Details: Fury had ordered a quest point cape on RS3 via one of my now ex managers (anu), who had a few months ago scam quit. This meaning that we had to delay orders and he was informed of this change as were several others, and whilst on my end it wasn't up to par with what I typically like to handle via services, everything did seem fine until him asking for it to be done before the most recent bonus EXP weekend on RS3, with this being said there were a lot of things missing, including gear which when I took over from the scam quit that happened I never knew, so continued as normal trying to do things until I noticed and questioned it, and with this being said there was also a lot of unlocks that needed to be done both in forms of miniquests and general activities in the game, a few to mention could be mage training arena, barbarian training (the unlocking for barb fishing + all the extras) and tai wanna trio to mention a few, none of which got charged for and everything that was on top of the quests were free

Fury in the end understandably cancelled after a pause due to him needing to do a raids section for a quest (there were 5-6 quests left) and I left the proposal of 100M 07 (order was 615M 07 + all the free extra added which would of made it double/triple the cost give or take) and upon doing so was also told to keep my equipment that I had put on the account to pay for the left over quests, so he wouldn't miss out on a penny + was compensated for his time lost due to the issues caused, we did have issues both sides so with me saying that I am happy to admit my own fault in this issue

Overall, it was a cluster of crap, my internet dropping/PC dying, which was shown to him (there were problems with my PC not updating) and me being up the hospital / and long reply waits on stuff he needed to handle for me to continue on top which made things pause further, again I don't blame him for the issues caused but I do feel the negative was done incorrectly as we have since spoke about it and he was under the impression I was refunding 100M RS3, which I mentioned it would be 07 as it's more valuable and as such compensating him better.

Me and @Gunmanhave come to the conclusion and believe that the feedback will be changed to neutral, I can appreciate that you have gone above and beyond however the fact still stands that more could have been done originally to prevent this prior to furyshark wanting to walk away. I hope you are satisfied with the outcome of this. There are other varying factors which have also been taken into account.
