Should I try to make sure the account I'm buying was made in an area close to me (so Europe for example instead of USA)? Now locks may happen, but the older/better account the lower the locks are and if it happens you could just unlock it if you have the email that its linked. Also you could try waiting a day or two, if someone logged in Europe and two hours later account logs in USA, that fishy.
