its not minutes and seconds....

You need to put a time frame so top row..... Bot for... 5 - 20 mins (meaning it will bot for 5 - 20mins before taking a break )

then it will break for 5 - 20 mins (meaning it will break for an amount of time between 5 and 20 mins)

The boxes are a range, so 5-20 (top) and 5-20 (bottom), if you do 5-0 like in the pic it won't work. I've seen this happen before  will let devs know to make it clearer or something I guess xD
