Best Thing You've Tasted

What's the best thing you've ever tasted?

As for me, it's Christmas cookies that my mom makes. I always add a little bit more vanilla extract to the frosting for emphasis. wink.png

I'll be making a guide on how to make them, when the season comes.

This indian near me does the BEST chicken pakora! It's not cheap though around £6.50 for 6 bits lol. But I love so many different foods. Being someone who is very active I like to create my own meals a lot of the time so at the moment I love my Chicken breast with some soy sauce, salt and pepper, throw some red peppers in the pan. Then I cook my rice on the side (nothing special with the rice). Any debris left on the pan gets tipped on to the rice as a type of sauce with a bit of crunch!

Another meal I love to eat when I treat myself is I buy a big sirloin steak (usually 14oz), I get some greaseproof paper and spray some olive oil + salt and pepper again. I then rub the steak with the above on both sides before tenderizing the meat. I get my frying pan and a little bit of butter add the steak with some Lea & Perrins sauce. 30 seconds both sides on high heat and it's ready I love mine rare, it preserves all the protein and carbs without denaturing it too much! This is for my special days where I know I've trained hard all week and I need to get some red meat in for some Iron and extra growth hormone ;) With the steak I'll usually have some sweet potato mashed up OR rice again!

Been doing this for years and it's managed to help me get to 205 lbs 10% bodyfat and in great shape. These are just the really nice tasting foods I make for myself, other days it's just salmon/tuna with some pasta and low fat mayonnaise so nothing fancy.

Probably is my Dads grilled meats including chicken, beef and pork.

Just thinking about it makes my mouth water!

Chicken, chicken and chicken. Oh and bit of watermelon on top of it.

I have a couple things I really love. One is a tandoori chicken pizza with all extra spices from a local punjabi type place. It's got chicken, black olives, mushrooms, tomatoe, green pepper, onion, ginger, chilli pepper, jalapeno pepper, and a type of leaf. It's the most flavourfull pizza I have ever tasted.

Lobster has to be one of the best things I've had as a single item

  • 3 weeks later...

doubt i'm alowed to post pictures of what I have in mind, but my 2nd are the chicken drumsticks my dad makes, they're better than any drumsticks I've ever tasted before
