right now i have 45 range 45 prayer 65 defence, i would like to have range increased to 70 give or take. please let me know method of training, i will supply gear. Also i would like to know an estimated time allotment for this to be done, doesnt  have to be on the dot but something like hours days or even a week for example. Please have good feedback. quests i will ask about once range, fcape and torso have been acquired. thank you!

Can do the ranged on crabs for 17-20gp/xp, torso would be around 28M and the fire cape really varies on workers

really varies on workers/spot, i'd have to ask them but I can imagine it wont take too long feel free to contact me and we'll try find out for you

I do torso's for 12m, good teams its usually about 2 hours, bad teams around 4 hours

I recommend @Easy Money did my torso on 3 or 4 different accounts. Done fast, and not overpriced either.

I can do firecape for 11m with 70 range, 45 def, 45 pray.

okay i will give a bit longer but i will still need to get 70 range first.
