Just a quick question, has anybody worked with gary's hood autoclicker and autotyper? is it legit, trustworthy, and clean? Ban rate? 

Garyshood has been around since like 2002 it’s completely safe just make sure you download it from the correct site or download the open source. I’ve used it many times. You can’t say what the ban rate for anything is.

As for garyshood, it's surprisingly very good for simple stuff (i.e alching).

So if i were to use it for blast furnacing for 8-12 hours after doing some pest control (fair amount tbh) but turn it off when i go to sleep , will that be suspicious?

Never tried it for blast furnacing but I would assume that you should be okay.

Looked in virustotal and it seems like it was detected by 2-4 systems out of many of being a trojan...False positive?

Like others have said though, there's no telling what the ban rate is for anything, but botting smart might help.
