Does Jagex ban duel arena scammers? Seen a few of the same people scamming with rapier, hasta etc. over some time even seen a maxed account doing it. Maybe they dont consider it a scam, since you are able to see if your opponent have a rapier or whatever in their inventory. 

Nah they aren't going to do anything about it.  They cant, everyone who loses a duel would say they were scammed to get their stuff back.  Their site says if you're scammed of items please review their "Guide to not being Scammed" lol

What a place the duel arena would and could be if they removed scammers ..
