Depends on the script you are running but thats probably still pushing it for most reasonably priced laptops.  You could always build a server and hide it in a corer then setup a remote tool to monitor it then you could connect to it from any laptop.  Just my two cents.

I use an i7 3770 and 16gb of ram. I can open 15 accounts and continue using it in daily life.

I use an i7-7700k 16GB Ram can run a crap ton of bots never really saw how many it runs but its 7+ 

I'm pretty sure almost all laptops can handle 10 bots nowadays, OSBot has been greatly optimized memory-wise since @Patrick joined the development team. Even mirror mode uses little resources compared to any other osrs client nowadays.

Long term it's not going to be good to run 10 client on a laptop, especially if you plan on running that many 24/7.

You should either stick with a desktop or use a server.

I have a 6 year old laptop that can run 20. Any modern 4c laptop should be fine.
