I've also noticed a lot of comments saying you can't easily contact Jagex, only if you get on the top page of Reddit or get lucky on Twitter... They also mention this:

I'm playing this game for a long time and already felt drowning in the updates last year, happy they addressed this problem/issue. What do they mean with "Toxicity in game"? Further bot/banhammer system development? No twisted bow spams? ...?

They legitly on stream just said that only 12% of their community votes. Maybe that is because the other 88% is botting xD during working hours/school hours lmao

That they will address toxicity in the game... i.e. harassment, swearing, player abuse n that kinda stuff

I don't think they'll remove profanity filter so you'll probably still be able to swear but probably more towards harassing.
