Dispute against Tutislander services

Disputed members: @TutIslander and his worker @defil3d

Thread: 

 

Explanation: so i ordered services 67-75rc, through Tutislander, he assigned his worker Defil3d. Tutislander requested me to put login details in the discord group chat after taking the payment of 49.5m. So I did. One or two days later his worker is messaging me that he cant log in, that someone is already in. However, at that time I was at work, and the only people who knew the password was him and Tutislander. On 8th of feb he completed the services, I changed the pw immediately and provided feedback. I did not really have time to log in, but I did today. And guess what, acc permanently banned for macroing. I am pretty sure, that either they set me up with that screen that someone is logged in, or one of those used bots on my account for some reason. It was pretty good account worth some pretty good money. Now I regret that I was not patient enough to wait for dbuffed and went with these services.. 

Now I am switching to Pc to provide screenshots, please allow me couple of moments

lets clarify this first, you did not respond immediately you responded 2 hours later as seen in the screenshots.

I have never botted on your account or even had a bot running while I was levelling your account, I am sorry for the fact your account got banned but it is not my responsibility. You had other people log on the account during the time I was doing the service and I have screenshot proof of that., . If I botted on your account WHICH I NEVER you would of been able to get the ban quashed due to the change in IP and location.  I have completed multiple orders and have never received this issue. on discord you told me " I believe you had no intention to bot so u are contradicting your self in this post I hope @Juggles will make the right decision here.

I stand my case.

I myself don't login to orders when they've been assigned to a worker. From now on I won't be taking any account information in a group with a worker and they can send it to them personally.

 

The account was accessed whilst it was being serviced, and Defil3d provided screenshots of that to him, user has just informed me he's not looking for a refund etc so maybe he knows that it wasn't actually us that botted the account?

So, the user has agreed to a FREE service exactly the same. Not sure why he would want for us to do the same service again if we initially caused a ban?

 

I'm gonna request more proof here if I'm allowed to do that, (Maybe a short video of him logging in to the account E-Mail we initially serviced and going onto the account status page), only reason I'm requesting this is because if I had a service done by another user and my account got banned as a result to it, I wouldn't be asking for the same service done again for free.

 

More than happy to provide this free service if he attaches the video requested.

@Chris no problems mate just seems a bit odd requesting the same service completed again for free, which is why I was thinking there was a possibility of that Screenshot being of another account. If he's provided adequate evidence to you then that's fine.

I might have expressed myself in a wrong way. I care more about the account, where I spent hours clicking to get kind of decent stats, quest cape etc. So even though I would get a nice compensation, it would not do the magic, if you know what I mean, but what can I do, right. I have nothing now. 

 

I appealed the BAN and I will be waiting for the result. I might be crying a little bit here now, but I really wonder if the same would happen if I ordered dbuffed services, which was my primary intention. As we were discussing with @defil3d on discord in a friendly way, he used proxy/vpn from (for me) unknown provider. I am not an expert, but could this be the reason? As well he mentioned, that he used a bot on different account while he was leveling mine. Would that be related? Maybe he made a mistake setting up proxies?

One thing I would like to add. That morning, when @defil3d messaged me that someone was on the account, I asked him if I can change the pw, which I could not do, since it was obviously against TOS as defil3d explained. So I had no chance to protect the account anyhow,  (of course in those 2 hours damage has been already done). So I was just informed that I am being ****d and there is nothing I can do. Obviously this would not happen if I would not order the service in the first place guys. 

 

One last thing I want to add is that I appreciate both of you guys willing to cooperate, but your customer got screwed through your services, so I hope we can atleast figure out why this happened.
