nmz quests-nmz

Fruity NMZ for atk/str/def/range and then Czar's Perfect Magic for stun-alching, I'd say. Not sure about prayer. Try Ragnar's AIO prayer with whatever best bones you can afford. If you actually care about this account get VIP and use mirror mode (completely my own opinion.)

Combat exp quests -> NMZ quests -> 60/50/* at Rock Crabs or Yaks -> NMZ

Guthans nmz with "Random Mouse Clicker".
Use any client you want. Draw clicking area(prayer icon(quickprayer)), put rapid heal flick between 40-59 seconds double click.

No need for bot clients. Those will get you banned eventually
Or use Fluffsoft for good nmz "non botclient" stuff.

guthan's lol, i bet the obby way is twice as fast, you just have to know how to bot;)

May I ask why one would flick rapid heal to avoid regenerating hitpoints while simultaneously using guthans to regenerate hitpoints?

If using Guthans just 13-15minute click is fine. And its purely for staying ingame. Its free xp.
I thought about str/att skilling, dunno why.

Waterfall quest is always a great starting point, gives you 30/30 att str

Nmz with 1 hp dhoraks method

Waterfall quest > Sand crabs > NMZ

Flesh crawler nmz and sandcrabs

obsidian armour/neck/sword is best exp until higher stats (like 85+ maybe) then do dharoks

I've been using mouse recorder I record myself several times doing 1hp dh absorbs then cycle through my recordings. Been getting 500k-1m xp a day doing this no issues
