"False Feedback"

Explanation: I wasn't notified of the first dispute against me, and I noticed that the feedback was removed. So, I just left it again (Yeah I'm probably retarded, but why didn't I get notified the first time around?) However, I never got a chance to respond to the dispute. D Bolter did indeed claim that I would be able to create accounts with his proxies. Am I not allowed to leave bad reputation for his false claims? Why aren't other people allowed to see the bad reviews of one's business? The only reason I purchased his proxies was to be able to create accounts, now they're pretty much useless to me.

I'm confused at this point of whether it is not allowed to voice your opinion here, or if your opinion is only welcome if it helps the seller in some way. In that case, the integrity of the market here at OSBot seems to be quite flawed and I'm no longer sure of its reliability as a user.

tl;dr left with a permanent warning point and wasting $20 :)

Just to get this right, you were told you could make accounts using his proxy, which turned out to be false?

Although it seems pretty clear to me in the screenshot, I was under the impression before buying the proxies that I would be able to create accounts without them getting locked. However, I tried to create 1 account on each proxy. In the end, only 2 accounts remained unlocked (out of 10 proxies.) I didn't test on one proxy, because it couldn't connect to the RS website, leading me to further believe that these are not fresh proxies for RS, as was implied by D Bolter (see below.)

As I explained in the earlier dispute against you, negative feedback isn't intented for your situation.
Furthermore, he didn't make any false claims - you were able to create accounts through his proxies. Accounts don't get locked for simply being created, and thus the IPs he provided aren't solely responsible for your accounts getting locked.
Of course you are able to voice your opinion, but considering the trade was completed, and the issues with the one non-working proxy was resolved, you can't leave negative feedback. At most you'd be able to leave a neutral.

As for not being notified - that was my fault. I felt like the first feedback didn't immediately deserve a warning point, considering it was obviously unclear when one is supposed to leave negative feedback. As such, I didn't issue a warning at all, which I should've done without any warning points attached.

I already provided him with a replacement for the IP that wasn't able to load RS with PROOF. He is able to create accounts on all the IPs but apparently it may lock in some cases. I'm not sure why he doesn't just unlock them himself. Also just because accounts lock, it doesn't mean the IP has been used for RS before. Stop embarrassing yourself, it's not hard for Jagex to detect proxies especially for fresh accounts.

I'm not sure what he is even disputing at this point. Seems like he has nothing better to do with all his free time.

Proof I provided him with an IP and he hasn't communicated anything with me:

False Claim---------> "do accounts created with your proxies not get locked" response: "correct" <---------False Claim

Warning point: rhg9bOP.png unless you're talking about the first dispute that I didn't know about until the second one started...

If there's nothing you guys are going to further do against the false claim then close the dispute. Nothing is being gained at this point.

Closing as the decisions were already made in previous reports and in the above comments. Please take a look at the Feedback rules before attempting to give any member a feedback. You can not pick and choose from the evidence to make your false claim argument. He did not just state "correct".

We will do better next time in notifying users of being disputed.

Thank you for understanding,

Chris
