How are you a potential $750 donor when you aren't even a $500 donor

I fell asleep before I did. Also is it $250 to get to $500 or is it straight up $500 making my total $750 (which is fine, I would just want $750 Donor)? because when I add it into my cart the subtotal at checkout is $500.00. Unlike when I went from $100 Donor to $250 where I only had to pay the difference. 

Any help is welcomed
