Most likely zulrah accounts.

Accounts that rake the most money or potentially make a lot of money over time. (Maxed Mains for staking, Zulrah for one of the best money maker bosses in game that brings a steady set of income per hour. Even Tutorial island accounts sell here because they get turned into gold farming accounts. think gold farming and thats your answer grasshopper) Pking accounts sell, but they have to be efficiently made (quested fully geared, meet certain build requirements, and considered an OP build overall)

Zulrah accounts are huge... The odd cool-unusual build also sells... Maxed accounts, maxed pures etc.

What about the new DS2 boss? Can accounts be made for that?

while completely possible, the requirements are so high in comparison to zulrah that there's basically no reason to do it. you'd be risking so much more (in terms of account value) since it will have to be somewhat main accounts (200min QP), all for the sake of making about as much profit/hour as zulrah.

Zulrah and nmz ready accounts have a huge market here
