That's a tricky one. It depends on court precedent, AND your location. You cannot be punished under national law, but you can be punished in civil court. And either way, okay, I admit I'm not completely right. My bad. Doesn't change the fact that Gambino is a massive tool, who at this point, is just being angry at people for the sake of anger.
