If your IP is static it will NOT change. If it is dynamic it will change every once in awhile. You have to look it up in cmd. And if you have static you might want to phone call the provider. If you wanna goldfarm, then you could get an RDP server. Its not worth making your own VPN $5 - 20 a month for the server, then the time and effort off setting it up, might as well just buy a semi-private VPN or proxy.
