bro i'm sorry but you gotta pay more attention to what YOU are doing IN game than worrying about jagex using some form of RAT on your computer. if you didn't know the last 2 posts you've had that i've seen everyone flame you on is you basically saying jagex is breaking the law to monitor your pc to make sure you're not botting. 

They'll monitor where your acc logs in from and your xp rates and your login times, but cmon you think they're gonna "watch" what your doing on pc at all times? only thing i could possibly imagine them doing is upon client loading in, check what client/program you are using
