Welcome,
My name is Jordan, I am a 21 year old Australian who's been lurking on these forums way to long and decided he should provide his services publicly now.
I currently study (2017) a dual Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting and Finance. In 2018 I will be executing an internal transfer to start studying a Bachelor of Networking and Cyber Security Systems which I feel is more my pace than accounting.

Motivation,
My current motivation for running this service is my workload after the internal transfer will be about doubled, I have more contact days and way more classes.
Currently I have a little tucked away for a vehicle but i'm looking at saving some more up so my transport two and from uni is a little more comfortable than a 60 minute public transport ride each way.

Qualifications,
Like most of the scripting community I have no official qualifications, although I have 4-5 years of experience and practice in programming around botting and runescape related code.
From my time working around RS communities I've learnt nearly everything I feel I can without taking the step to make my own client from scratch.
I have released code in the past, albeit messy I am rather proud of most of it.
Vouches and Feedback will be listed as appropriate.

What am I offering?
Basically any programming service i'm capable of producing, including but not limited too,

Most Website Work (HTML/PHP/JAVASCRIPT).
Work with databases in most practical languages (MySQL for java/php/ect, MongoDB but why)
Any Java based application/code you could want.

basically just hmu with anything you have in mind and i'll see if I can do it.

Rate is minimum $20/H First hour rounded up to the full hour because I can't double book times but each following hour rounded off/down.
If a constant rate isn't your thing we can negotiate a overall price for a project we both deem fair.

Terms of Service

These terms of service are subject to change, if you have a service open and they change you will be notified.
If your service requires anything specific you'll be required to provide it given I don't already have it.
I reserve the right to deny any service request.
I reserve the right to terminate any service at any point, in this case a reason will be supplied and refund given if appropriate.
Payment plans consist of Up-front full payment, Middle man of my approval holding gold, or 50/50 start/finish split payment.
You are not eligible for a refund unless I deem it so, in most cases I will deem so unless you explicitly waste my time or are rude.
If you wish to terminate a service after a payment plan has been initiated you man incur a small fee, 10-25% of order fee for my time.
I cannot be held accountable for any damages/loss you incur post service as i've done my best to fill the request to your word.
Upon contacting me you will explain the project idea in as much detail as possible along with which price bracket you believe it fits in and where along that range.
(in most cases unless unreasonable i'll agree).
You are entitled to 1 year of full bug fixes and api updates as needed. Not excluding forces outside of the project that change stopping it from working.
