How to level up to NMZ Training

So as the title suggests, im finding it difficult to work out what to do inorder to level my accounts up high enough to use the nmz.

 

So far on my accounts im doing all the attack exp quests + waterfall.  its after these quests im struggling on what to train on (bot) to get it high enough level to bot the nmz with.

 

my goal is to make nmz prod accounts as recently im botting skills before combat and getting them banned.

 

any help is nice

mtd nmz quests + dwarf subquest 60/60/60 & 22pray and you are ready for the obby sensation, just train at sandcrabs for a day

apa sandcrabs get you there no problem

Before I even touch any melee on an account I do waterfall quest, dragon slayer, and monkey madness. Those quests will get you atleast 40/40/40. Then go full rune/brine sabre at sand crabs until nmz

I've heard wonders about botting smart with APA Sandcrabs. That's what I would definitely suggest till NMZ goodluck with everything hope it works out for you
