Yes there are but alot also scam. 

People like you who are active in the community and more known should be allowed to sell accounts though. Im not trying to limit people who are legit but just wish there was a way to restrict people(better than 100 PC). Unfortunately i dont know of a better solution

Maybe make a grey name section, and other for colored?

but still when i bot active i get vip or w/e but when not botting active i'm grey name.

( everyone needs to start somewhere to start getting trust )
