RoomScape Posted August 9, 2017 Posted August 9, 2017 There's a solar eclipse on August 21st. Anyone going to watch it or anyone already in the area to just look out of their home window? I'm driving 12 hours down to South Carolina to watch it.
Rxd Posted August 9, 2017 Posted August 9, 2017 (edited) Luckily, where i'll be going to it's going to be right above me! Also checked the weather for next weeks and no clouds! helll yeeeeeeeeeeeeeee http://www.eclipse2017.org/2017/maps.htm Edited August 9, 2017 by Rxdking 1
Orange Posted August 9, 2017 Posted August 9, 2017 I live in bama so I got a pretty good view, unfortunately I'm gonna be getting plastered after a first day of classes so I can't see it
bugsinmycode Posted August 9, 2017 Posted August 9, 2017 Unfortunately I'm not in that area, wish I could see it though!
rallostar Posted August 9, 2017 Posted August 9, 2017 Scripters be like "I only wanna see 1 eclipse and it's not solar"
Marinernation Posted August 9, 2017 Posted August 9, 2017 I'll be in Oregon for it. If you guys have heard of Mt. Hood, or seen it on Reddit, that's where I'll be watching it from.

Jacksonpm23 Posted August 9, 2017 Posted August 9, 2017 I could drive 4-5 hours to SC or a couple hours south in my state of NC to one of these: http://www.pari.edu/things-to-do/2017-eclipse/https://www.greatsmokies.com/2017eclipse.html Don't plan on either, but I might change my mind, because I really love this kind of shit.
Jordan Posted August 10, 2017 Posted August 10, 2017 Yeah I'll be on the Blue Ridge Parkway on top of the mountains. Should be 95% covered.
