I got the worst issue with this, lol i dont get tired until like 2-3am usually.

I know some people will say "try going to bed at like 10" but if i do that, i either can't sleep, or i do sleep, but i wake up at like 3am fully rested, and cant go back to sleep >.>

Idk why i cant sleep at normal hours like normal people, ive tried alot

Working out before i sleep or do something tiring never helped either. The only time i've ever been able to sleep right is after working for like 10 hours, but i dont have a job now

Lie in bed and close your eyes. Sometimes drinking warm milk helps. Force yourself to sleep.

 

 

Go to bed early

I've tried -__- if it was that simple i wouldn't be asking for solutions lol.

I'm just wondering if anyone else had this same problem and been able to fix it.

If i try forcing myself to sleep i end up laying there for like 2 hours, or if i do fall asleep, i wake up at like 3am

What I do is. I stay up all night and the day after then go to sleep early that night. I wake up at a normal time but I feel tired as hell but it gets you on a normal sleeping schedule. You won't be tired as hell all the time just that first day.

Skip sleeping for a night, you'll be very tired the next day. Now, make sure that you do not fall asleep during noon in the next day, just stay awake until the evening and you'll be able to sleep wink.png.

Lmfao i've tried that so many times, and i always feel all confident that i can make it. And then i end up falling asleep for like 3-4 hours sad.png cant help it

But yeah.. it's a good plan i just never follow through with it

also i dont sleep until 4. and i get up for school at 6, so yeah still on that summer schedule.. fuck SCHOOL!

Tbh it will automatically correct itself once school starts. But if you can't wait, stay up for 24 straight, drinking coffee whatever it takes.

Go for an 8 hour run, then see if you can sleep.

I go to bed at 10 and get up at 6-7. Its perfect
