I get that you guys are young and are unable to grasp that slaves were literally owned by people. A couple coins would give you the right to rape them, kill them, work them to death, torture them, and do anything else you desired. Django was a good movie for showing this and even that was not the gory truth. The brainwashed generation really bugs me... sorry for the vent.
