I buy an acc from josh after I sell the acc Johnny then josh recovers the acc. What would happen would josh get banned and I have to refund? Or would he get banned and I don't refund at all

You would get banned, you sold it to him and it was recovered, there's no reason for him to be at loss for you're idiocity (new word ftw).

You would most likely be the person to be in trouble.

Are you asking if A sells to B and B sells to C, then what happens to B if A recovers the account? If so, I assume B would be banned for scamming C unless you pay that person back. B can report A if he'd like. Same situation applies.

I've bought accs before with no email No jag and no recoveries. After I put a email and jag or recoveries and it still gets recovered.

Definitely seems the most logical way. I still think it's a bit unfair for person B though but I mean he should really have secured the account better.

I feel uncomfortable that my name was used

pretty sure this is solved. Both people would be in trouble.
