Don't click any links it is phishing. If jagex thought you had anything to do with RWT they would just ban you. They will NOT email you about this.

    10/10 Phishing. Only Email you might have gotten ever by Jagex would have been when they think you are ready for the voluntary work as a Player Moderator or your account got banned.

    Not sure if they even send an Email when your account gets banned for breaking rules.. :think:

    As said above totally a scam, if there's no link to check your account status idk possibly a failed attempt. But if there is it's most likely phishing.
