unless your a smoke too start with there is no need to vape, as its not very good for you and can be worse than smoking cigs.

I’ve tried a few disposables and refillables, and honestly, disposables are the easiest way to go at first since there’s no setup or learning curve. If you want something cheap and simple that doesn’t feel like a toy, look for something pre-filled with a decent battery life. The one that worked well for me starting out was the elux cyberover 6k, lasted longer than I expected and the flavor was decent without being super sweet or annoying. It’s a good middle-ground between cheap and not completely junk.
