option 1:

Bandos tass and Bandos cp whip drag fefender cb brace i think xD cuz no b gloves warrior ring will imbue l8r on berserk much expensiv

Amulet of fury, fire cape, drag boots, drag med helm for now might go to get neitiznot l8r

 

option 2 ^

full void (melee) and same fire cape whip etc and d defender

 

 

option 3 ^ same but fighter torso d legs etc lul

 

I have no rs knowledge so pls tell

If you do guthans, you can AFK for ~20 minutes. I don't believe it is the best XP tho

pretty sure low hp dharoks is the best after like 80str. 

 

Just get 1hp with overload, afk 5mins and then overload again and rockcake back down to 1hp.

 

 

Or use Fruity NMZ to gain insane expierence for no effort!

I think you make enough money from herb boxes to pay for dharoks repairs

Depends if dping ppot method or absorb method. Absorb use maxed str, with dharok being best

Whip for attack def and sara sword for str, you want fire cape, fighter torso, dragon defnder, dragon legs or better dragon boots or better, barrows gloves, fury or better, and berserker ring or better, rock cake to take low damage to last longer and absorbs with 4 overloads in your inv. decent exp, I quit doing that though when i figured out i could afk at sand crabs on zeah for 10 mins, and still get 60k xp per hour

What quests would you guys recommend I do if I were to do nmz to get 99 attack/str/def 

Get monk robes, fury, regen brace, berserker ring, d defender, ancient cape/coif, holy sandal and holy scroll(ammo slot).

Use 10 overloads and rest pray pots, attack and def with whip.
