So i go to a very big university. I am assuming i am safe from an ip ban or what not because only the university can identify the specific Ip address that is botting and i do not believe Jagex is able to ask that info from the school. Am i far off from my assumption?

you wont be ip banned, but your account can still get banned. i also go to Uni and have gotten banned using both their wifi plus cord.
