Refund?

Featured Replies

I bought a premium script, and after 7/8 hours of use (with multiple breaks) I got banned directly because of it. How do I apply to get a refund? I posted in the section and I haven't had a reply in days

You can't get a refund just because you got banned...

you wont get a refund for getting banned, there is always a risk of being banned for botting and its a risk you take when you bot

To everyone above me, it is still within 24 hours of purchase, he can still refund even if he wants it because he got banned.

If you've owned the script less than 24 hours or the trial phase I believe you're entitled to refund, but if you bought the script last week and reported it now chances are slim. Pm @@Maldesto or @@Dex and they'll make sure it's solved.

@Maldesto @Dex

What was the script?

Can he get a refund if he thinks the product is not performing correctly?

I got a refund for similar thing with stealth quester. Bot got stuck and got dc'd and banned on the spot.

I believe he has grounds for a refund if he is un happy with the product he has purchased.

I was banned within 24 hours, and I reported it. It's only been nearly a week because no one's addressed it. But yeah, thank you.

Thanks for all the replies

That's not what happened. I was banned within 24 hours, with less than 8 hours of botting (with breaks) using a premium script. There's always a risk of a ban through botting, but the script was clearly faulty and that led to a ban, There are laws where I'm from preventing the sale of faulty digital goods, so it's obviously a big deal.

You bought the script used it got banned for breaking rules you knew you were breaking, the script worked well. Bad luck happens, bans happen. I can't refund everyone that gets banned for botting. Whoever said just because you had it less than 24 hours means you can refund is wrong.
