Dispute against Decode and his worker

Explanation: I wanted a unique pker, it's one of the biggest hypes at the moment in the pking scene, 60atk xxstr, 70def, 70prayer piety, before the service was done I noticed it was 61atk, but Decode insisted it was the hacker and it couldn't have been himself or his worker, I took a picture of the acc stats after they were hacked when I compared the account to orphaneaters account, it was still 60 attack, it just saddens me that a moderator of this forum would lie like that, even though he gave me 3m for the inconvenience, I can't stand how it raised me a combat out of the bracket I wanted. Just want to see what can be done about this, more or less he lied about the situation and tried to pend it on the hacker and or me. Who knows, maybe he took the gp when he found out my skype and osbot was hacked, or it could have been his worker.

Read through all the screenshots you provided and I noticed that these pictures were after the service. 

 

 1) I'd like you to show screenshots of you talking to decode before you ordered the service and specifically the part where you order what levels you wanted.

 2) I also noticed you posted a screenshot comparison of orphaneater's account may I ask how that was relevant? You didn't explain that part properly.

 3) May i ask who the worker was? Also, who did this service you or the worker? and if it was only you who did it, did your worker have the details?

First of all, i dont have any workers. I asked you before i gave the account credentials to anyone that if you'd let me ask a friend to help me out with the questing, which you did. (This user was shermz btw, a long time before the whole fiasco with him)

 

Now, as for the 61 attack that you're complaining about, no where on your thread or in our skype chat did you specify that you wanted the account to stay 60 attack. And since it wasn't "trained" to 61 since i was the only person who did any training on the account, im pretty sure it was achieved via questing. Now, if you had told me beforehand that you wanted it to remain 60 attack, i could've let shermz know and this whole problem wouldn't have happened, so it isn't really mine/shermz's fault.

 

As mentioned in the skype chat logs too, the "quest requirements" you posted in your thread turned out to be false, such as the crafting and the mining. Also, when you didn't like the amount of money left on the account, i offered you 3m gp back, and gave it to you. So i don't really know what purpose you're disputing for.

 

Oh and with regards to me lying to you, in the pictures you include i tell you that i was mistaken and that it was gained from the questing, so i dont know how thats a lie

Did you and Snowman change the account details so Shermz had no chance to log in? Because we all know before he abruptly exited he decided to level unnecessary stats and ruin people's accounts.

This service was completed ~ 10 days ago, like i mentioned, before his whole fiasco.

I will post on this when I get home, sorry for any inconvenience I just didn't get what I wanted out of the service, you can see how he acted when I asked about the 61 atk, I was freaking out, and how he spent all the supplies money like crazy, I'm just not happy, he said he wouldn't even give each the 3m for the 61stk, but then decided he wanted to. I just felt obligated to take the 3m since he was a moderator that I didn't have a chance to dispute it, that's why I've waited. MY friend told me I could still dispute him even if he was a moderator. I posted the picture of the account stats because I was showing that it was the stats after when it was hacked that it was still 60attack, that is just saving me showing that it happened from the services

Also I am going to assume you didnt tell him to not level Attack so if that is the case and how he says the quests he did may have got it, have you  or decode got a list or screenshots to prove what quests you did?

It is just obvious that that only stats I wanted leveled were my strength, def, range, n prayer which came later on in the services. IF I wanted it over 60 I would have requested it along with the services

He never specified a list, he just stated he wanted 3 primary quests done (Kings ransom/DT/Lunars) and b gloves. Regarding the allocation, he put money on the account for supplies and didn't like it when i used up 27/30m.

I'm just confused why you are mad that he did all the leveling you asked, AND MORE, but yet you are still mad that he used 27/30m? Don't put that much towards supplies if you don't want it to be used. Also, he gave you 3m back and you accepted it. Why didn't you make a dispute right then instead of waiting two weeks? Also, you told him the wrong requirements for the quests or levels he was trying to do for you. Also, I don't know how you could possibly be upset with him when he didn't know anything about not leveling an attack level. You told him to do x amount of quests for you, and allowed him to choose them. If you were seriously concerned about gaining an attack level, you would have taken the 5 minutes it takes to create a small list of quests he should do that wouldn't cause any leveling elsewhere.

Would also like to point out that i paid for a bond since his ran out (out of my own money) even though the reason the service was delayed was his fault.

Also it was to be done in 2 weeks, it took way longer then 2 weeks, but 3 days at most was because of the incident that happened. I still asked to see what all he would spend it on. I accepted the 3m excuse he is a moderator and I didn't feel I could dispute as nothing would happen and I never expected it to gain attack level, I also paid for an extra bond, but he also bought a bond because he was over the 2 weeks aswell. I didn't even know about the extra levels as I said he chose the quests to do. I only posted what I thought was needed, he agreed, he didn't tell me about the extra stuff he did until it was already done so that's on him. Point blank I accepted the 3m because he started off saying he wasn't even going to give it to me and so then when be did offer it again I felt obligated to take it as if nothing else could have happened because he is a moderator I was sure that's all I could have got from it.

I literally work 7 days a week I don't ever have enough time to actually sit down except for a couple hours a day or 2 out of the week because I have a little family as well. I mostly play runescape classic idk much about rs2, but I'm trying to enjoy it. I didn't know exactly what I needed I figured he did with a big services thread, my services thread is for the simple easy stuff. I can't do anything else, other then these little posts until I get home

The bottom line is that you agreed to use 30m for supplies, so don't complain about that. 

 

 

But you also DIDN'T request to not do a quest that could potentially increase the attack level.

 

 

 

 

My next question. What exactly do you want to come out of this report?

 

 

EDIT: Also, you both said you spent money on a bond. Did you both buy a bond?
