Bots can calculate the IV percentage perfectly

Nice!  I have yet to hatch a good snorlax.  I caught one in the wild I'll have to check his EV's but his CP is like 30 so I dont see me ever getting enough candies to power him up.  I'm jelly of that lapras too.

I just used a site and after refining it says my Vaporeon is 91% perfect at 1790 cp with 15/11/15

I'm happy with that considering I didn't even check the IV's before I spent the dust and candies to power up lol.

Stands for individual values I believe?  Basically hidden values that effect your attack/defence/and HP.  If you level up a pokemon with trash IV's and you level up a pokemon with good IV's the one with good IV's will win every time in a 1v1 even if they're the same CP.

how do you know what the IV of a pokemon is?

Got a few 90%+ IV pokemon, currently power leveling a new instinct account, getting about 150k xp/hr, then after i'll go sniping some nice pokemon

The only way to do it is to calculate it.  I don't know why exactly but its never been something easily available.
