so a little while ago my account was given a 21day ban from botting a year ago, ive since came back and played legit for 4odd months. as you can see my ban meter is at the lowest point again and just wondering if its fine to start botting again, i only plan to just bot buyable skills.would i be risking a perm ban this time around if i get caught.

any help would be greatly appreciated

Exactly ! If you head over to my OS Diary (Click image in signature) You'll see that I just lost an 11 year old account beacause I risked it. Your botting days on that account are truely over, unless you want perm ban.

Don't bot on accounts you care about. If you plan to bot the buyable skills, just head over to the services section, I'm sure plenty there would gladly do it for you

Risk it for the biscuit if you have balls. I'm currently botting an account with a two day ban for over a month now. Granted I could get banned, I just can't be bothered to such tedious tasks by hand. Just bot in small increments over a longer period of time and use high end scripts.

 What are your stats? If you have gotten a decent account and are a member jagex might  spare you but otherwise you would almost certainly get a perm ban

Although this account has had the meter reset it is still under watch and has a high rate of it getting perm banned this time so i would recommend not botting on it.
