Does anybody know how to change the 50kb default profile/avatar to higher on ipb forums?

Even after clicking member groups, and manage member groups, I don't see "forum tab" or "uploading section"

go to manage member groups then whatever group you want > edit > forum tab > uploading

    Done, but there is no 'uploading' or 'upload' in the forum tab

    Not sure if I'm blind
