i never train legs with weight at gym, i only run and workout my upper body. i think its smarter, fit for fight wink.png

kinda be neat to see a legit post with workout advice for like mon-fri like chest day ect....even put in what preworkout or protine and shit like that...maybe motive people to bot more and go out and be healthy smile.png

I'd do something like that but i dont think anyone would actually care
