Got any specific places? Currently at sand crabs and thinking of other methods not sure what though.

Pretty much sand crabs and rock crabs are best places for this at 15 prayer. If you would have 43 prayer then there would be alot places to train the ranged.

i know NMZ is pretty good, but i just go to sand crabs normally. 

cannon + blowpipe @ monkey madness 2 spot, blowpipe isnt rly recommended, grey chins suffice for 500k + xp p/h. Refill cannon every 6-12 seconds..

More realistically, any normal training spots with iron knives basically.  

If you're botting, range guild is 35K/Hr and you actually make money doing it. Ban rates were extremely low last time I tried it.

This account I am not botting once, all hand trained.

Na, I botted from 40-90 and made about 2M. You just spend the tickets on rune arrows and they sell for loads at GE. The profit is small but you do make money.
