Send jagex a tweet and say ur account has been hacked < its ur best shot, make up a original bullshit story aswell about how u got hacked and then banned and how much u love the game etc..

Anyone who claim they can get your account unbanned for macroing is bullshit, especially if they want a payment up-front and no guarantee or refund policy.
