Not much sadly, which is why he needs full permissions, but I understand why the other admins have to take precautions before just handing permissions out. Promoting Raf was already a risk (not saying Raf isn't trusted). They might as well give him full permissions, risks are apart of running a successful business. Right now it seems Raf's promotion was an excuse to get more supers into the community. The only risk of promoting Raf was him being upset that his name is no longer pink. The Raf rank is pretty much as equal as a SM

Whaa? Prayer doesnt make any difference lol... and majority of stakers at this level are too lazy to train/bot high range for good hp, so youll find a lot of people with similar hp as you if you just stay 1 range...

Prayer doesnt matter when staking, unless the offchance you get someone with your same stats and doesnt look you up and doesnt stake you because you're higher cb (average idiot) Get 60 att(make sure to do attack xp quests like grand tree etc for d scim) and 71 strength. At 71 you have a +1 more maxhit than 70. Try that for a while and if you dont like it, keep leveling str or attack and become a whipper or high str dds pure staker. Never switch to defensive style either, that's a myth and if it ever works for you it's purely luck. Attacking with a defensive style only trains defense while using stab or slash attack style (forgot which one). THAT is what matters. Check the bonuses on your staking weapons and use that style. For dds it is the attack-training mode that gives better results, but if you want to be strictly 60 attack and strength will still be fine. Hope this helps, typed it on my phone lol
