For farming just pick the highest herb you can get Cooking I am not sure about though, pretty sure there's very little ways that profit from cooking.

They say they review it case-by-case, but I imagine people just training a few levels on 1 account are more likely to recieve a 2 day than people with a lot of botting hours, or high money making mehtods/farms.
