If you're using any form of proxy service or VPN, these could increase your ping. If you're not, there isn't much you could do, apart from maybe switching over to Ethernet from Wi-Fi is that's your case.

Throne of misc is decent money because you put 0 effort in it. Black chins are decent money for hunter, fletching basically anything makes a half decent profit. For farming just pick the highest herb you can get Cooking I am not sure about though, pretty sure there's very little ways that profit from cooking.
