I feel obliged to post here regarding my experiences with the service. I had contaced sephi at the end of juni regarding a pretty old ban, bought the basic package things and set of in hopes to get my account unbanned. After serveral messages spanning to about juli 17th I still wasn't unbanned and I haven't heard from sephi since. That being said, I haven't made any attempts to contact him either so he may simply have forgotten.

Pestering people is one of the most effective ways to ensure that they wont make a deadline, if they feel like going on at all.

We can't actually use skype logs, but I doubt it matters in this case. You mentioned yourself that you abided to the TOS stating he wouldn't be held responsible for bans. And the account wasn't just in his possession, it was in yours too. While your theory is possible, there's no way to actually prove anything at all. We can't prove who got that account banned, and therefore there's nothing we can actually do about this. Sorry for the loss of your account, but you said yourself it might just as well have been a delayed ban.
