so to be clear, I said it is refundable to vlad and it isnt refundable to stan. I will refund him though just because I don't want to deal with a dispute

also, the pm in the OP was to Stan, not to Vlad

He did an order for me instead of paying entrance fee, but I told all of my NEW workers that it's non refundable, i never hired stan as he hadn't paid the entrance fee. this is from someone else i hired, not vlad if you want me to refund him I will but to everyone else it was nonrefundable the only person i said it was refundable to was to stan whom I never hired.
