It really depends what you are botting, how you are botting, and how long you are botting. Also, if you are using a script that 500 other people are using it's probably more likely for you to be seen as a bot, while less people would be using premium scripts.

Tutorial Island is very high ban rate, That might be why you are getting banned so fast, not completely sure why you get banned on some and not the other, sorry!
