I was selling gold at the time and I was charged back $130 before his payment arrived. I called PayPal and was informed by Occazn to speak to only a manager, so I requested to speak to one. I was told I would be getting a call back as there were none available for me to talk to. I received a call 4 days later and that resulted with my bank account, as well as my linked card, being banned from PayPal. I tried to make a new one and whenever I try and add my card or my bank account it says that it's invalid. I do not know if I ever received the money but I told him that I'd send it to him, even though there's no way for me to.
