You may quest the attack but may not complete Monkey Madness, or any quest which interferes with the "perfect" NMZ setup. The account may be botted (I've heard mirror client has reduced rates a lot) but then if the account is banned you must refund the cost of a bond. You will have 500k to spend on supplies.

You will do tutorial island and get 40 Ranged any way you wish. IMO the best way would be to spend 350k on cannonballs and do dwarf quest + cannon for 30 minutes to get there, but its up to you. Paying per account. Skype: krillexpb
