I wouldn't give any user over a 100$ for any account no matter the stats or the owner, not even a staff member or Maldesto. I would give a user like Bogla or Probemas more than that amount though.

not true, takes 2 months plus repairing the guthans, vps or power to run a computer for 2 months straight. Like Oliver said Price depends greatly on original owner. I personally would not recommend spending large amounts of money on any account ever no matter the original owner. This advice comes from user who has large amounts of experience in account market
