You can start the master at any altar you want. you only have to select a combination rune if you select that you are ;aking conbimation runes. If you start the master at the air altar it will craft air runes

I can take a look at it, but don't think that will be a viable way to bot. Especially on mirror you won't be able to reach that speed if you ahve to interact with an NPC
