Basically Matchmaking is for casuals. FaceIT/Esea is for actual competitive games. Without cancerous casuals. - You get paid if you're decent aswell

Lol, MM means nothing rank wise. You can be Supreme and be a pro player. FaceIT/Esea has it's own ranking system based on how well you play, which makes games much more balanced and team based.

Just download the .jar you don't need to install it via terminal. Download the jar, right click properties, permissions allow file to exec.
