Make sure he's checking his Spam / Junk folders as well. Try searching "OSBot" manually or noreply@osbot.org and see if it appears in any folder. If not, I'm sure Maldesto can confirm it for you.

Make sure you have the latest client version along with the latest java - http://www.java.com/...d/installed.jsp If after installing the latest Java you still appear to be running into this issue, let us know. One of your scripts may be outdated causing the rest to corrupt.
