You just contradicted yourself in your own words. You mention that $100 donor shows the users who "go out of their way to donate to OSBot" yet you condemn those who do it at larger amounts at the same time? These ranks are literally the same as $100 donor, just a larger number. The fact that you call OSBot money-hungry and greedy baffles me. OSBot is a business. You're essentially calling Apple or Microsoft money hungry for selling their products, which is what they're designed to do.

Segregation based on wealth? There's already V.I.P / Sponsor / $100 donor. If you're going to say that adding these two ranks alone would cause this, then how do you explain other paid ranks? If anything this already occurs based off your ideology. So how would adding two more ranks change anything?

It was brought to the forums do to community demand as well, so they have no right to pin the blame specifically on OSBot "money-hungry" individuals. It's just another rank given to recognize those who have supported OSBot substanically. There's absolutely no harm in it what-so-ever.

Finding deserving enough candidates is the issue. It's not that we don't want anymore ChatBox Assistants. We'd much rather be over-staffed than under, as it guarantees that the forums are safe and running smoothly. Hopefully this will be fixed soon though with some plans that are being discussed. ^_^

I understand you may be frustrated, but please know that we can't "force" someone to give you a feedback for a service. You were paid for it which is the most important, but there is nothing we can do about this. It sounds like an issue you will have to resolve among yourselves.

We're going to need a bit of evidence from both parties if we're going to get this resolved... There's nothing we can do if we just have two stories coming from different users without any tangible evidence to go off of.

Of course there is. With every anti-bot method set in place comes with another update on our end that will combat it. Although there has been quite a few bans lately, botting will never die. ^_^
